Shipping, Returns & Refund
SHIPPING
Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 1~2 business days from the time the order is placed and are shipped using services from UPS, FedEx or USPS from our location in Frisco, Texas.
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package. Some orders will ship in multiple boxes and each box will have its own unique tracking number. For overseas or expedited shipping, please contact us at care@samikshas.com for shipping cost.
Free shipping offers are only valid for orders shipped within the contiguous U.S.A (Free Shipping offers are not valid for Alaska, Hawaii and Canada orders due to the extra shipping costs to these areas). Please contact us for shipping rates for these destinations.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMSÂ
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, email care@samikshas.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping box. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Please retain the item and all original packaging until we provide further instructions.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, Samiksha's will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition and free of damages by the customer.
For a full refund, exchange or store credit, mail out your item within 14 days from the receipt of original order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are credited back to the credit/debit card or on the same original method of payment.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Before sending an item back, email care@samikshas.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request return authorization. Include your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. Please do not ship a return until you receive return instructions from us. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or declined.
Items must be returned at the customer’s expense, with all instruction materials, accessories and original packaging, if applicable.
RETURN CONDITION AND PACKAGING
Returned merchandise must be unused, undamaged and securely packed in its original protective packaging, including molded Styrofoam inserts when supplied. Please open and repack items carefully. Returns received with missing or materially damaged protective packaging may be subject to a restocking or repackaging deduction of up to 15% of the product price, based on the condition of the returned item and packaging. Merchandise damaged because of inadequate return packaging may receive a reduced refund or may be ineligible for a refund. We will notify you before making any deduction.
No restocking or repackaging fee will apply when the return results from an incorrect, defective or transit-damaged item supplied by Samiksha’s.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or credit-card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges and return-shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect, defective or damaged in transit. Any applicable restocking or repackaging deduction will be communicated to you before the refund is processed.
